So finally I was able to establish with my friend Robin that our internet service had been cut off, and that it was AT&T’s fault.


It sounds reasonable, but… turns out there wasn’t an outage at all.  Not even a little bit.  We found this out by looking at the “Is there an outage in your area” section of the website.  It was literally that easy.

Scoundrels.  Crooks.  Good-for-nothing ruffians.  AT&T sucks.
